Liability Agreement

This Agreement waives the liability of The Greenway Club at Falls River, LLC, WEC Properties, LLC, and Aquatic Management Group, INC for any use of the services and facilities at The Greenway Club at Falls River, LLC including but not limited to the tennis courts, grounds, [swimming pools,] and clubhouse building.

Terms and Conditions Agreement

I understand that guest passes are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and cannot be used by any other individual other than the name listed on this waiver. I understand that I am responsible for understanding and following all of the facility rules which can be accessed by the accompanying member. I will not abuse the guest policy and have not attended The Greenway Club at Falls River more than 3 times. I understand that abuse of the guest policy including, but certainly not limited to: entering under false pretenses, attending as a guest more than 3 times, or failing to follow facility rules may result in the accompanying member losing the ability to bring guests to the club or membership suspension without refund. I understand that such violations may also result in such banning from The Greenway Club at Falls River.
