The clubhouse is available year-round for private events for both our members and non-members.
Are you looking for a modern rental space for your private gathering? The GWC clubhouse is a great space for your birthday party, graduation party, wedding shower, or anniversary dinner!
The clubhouse is newly renovated with modern flooring, aesthetic lighting, and premium entertainment features.
FAQs
Reservation
To reserve the clubhouse, please fill out a rental form. Management offers a seven-day hold for a rental date. Please note a rental is not confirmed until a rental agreement is signed.
Membership
Rentals are not limited to members. Everyone is welcome to rent the clubhouse space.
Members: To rent/use the Club during closed hours (after 5PM on a weekday, all-day on a weekend), please contact the Club Manager.
Cleaning
The rental space must be left in the same state it was in upon arrival. You may decorate, but please take all decorations with you upon departing. Please use painter’s tape only for hanging decorations.
For an additional fee, management offers a cleaning service.
Space
Indoor Room: About 1200 sq. ft.
Capacity: 99 People
Party at the Pool (Summer Only) can be reserved with an additional cost: 3 Tables, 12 Chairs and access to both outdoor pools.
Pricing
The rental rate is $100/hour but will not exceed $1000 for an All-Day Booking.
For a Holiday Booking, an additional $100 will be added to the charge.
Members receive a 25% discount on rental pricing. This does not include the cleaning fee or holiday charge.
Vendors
The clubhouse has space for a DJ, small band, catering service, and/or other vendor. For a list of preferred vendors, please contact the Club Manager.
Renters are welcome to bring in additional food, drink, and furniture. You are also welcome to utilize any of our services to display videos, listen to music, refrigerate food, and more.
Time
Rental times are limited to the time block purchased. If you’re in need of significant set-up/break-down time, please factor that into the rental block.
